Anny Chow, founder, and owner of Cosmetat, is permanent makeup and paramedical tattoo artist based in Vancouver, Washington. She has over fourteen years as a makeup artist before starting her career in cosmetic tattoo and paramedical tattoo. Her passion is to transform people and give them the confidence they deserve through permanent makeup and paramedical tattoo. Anny has been trained by numerous top artists in the industry. She has completed numerous permanent makeup and paramedical tattoo courses in microblading, ombre powder brows, nano brows, lip blush tattoos and inkless stretchmark tattoo,s and stretchmark camouflage. Anny has a keen eye for details and strives for perfection. After being a makeup artist for over a decade, Anny is an expert in color theory and anatomy of the face to create symmetry and enhance your facial features in a natural way. ​
